Alzheimer's and other Disease Prevention
Alzheimer’s disease is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States today.
I am currently in study regarding this topic and other dieseases. What I am studying, I believe is not being discussed with group or most groups that focus on cures. The topics I study are the causes and prevention of the problems. People born in the early 1900’s may be one of the first generation’s in America to live on a mass produced mostly grain and starch eating lifestyle while reducing their amount of activity. This mass feeding plan did work to feed the masses of people from the population explosion during the 1900’s. However there was a price for living a lifestyle of poor nutrition and lowering their activity. They received many diseases and low levels of health as a reward for living a life of poor nutrition while reducing their amount of activity.
Our medical community mostly focuses on trying to cure diseases and/or hide the symptoms of these diseases. It also appears that they ignore the causes of these diseases which is mostly from a unhealthy lifestyle. This may not be the best way to handle any problem AMERICA.
I would like to let you know. ( if you don’t already know)
1 – It’s ok to change your habit, (or to stop your additions to a grain and starch eating lifestyle). Your health will benefit from it and you are worth it.
