The Battle of the Budge
You would think that someone that writes a blog like this wouldn’t have an issue with a budging mid-section. Well if that’s what you thought, you thought wrong. I’m just like most people, I sometimes lose my focus of what I really want and go off track. For most of my life I ate just like most people, meaning that if it taste good than its good food. I also used food as entertainment and also as a tranquilizer to relax, additionally I have many memories of all the delicious food that by over eating was bad for my health. (Eating the delicious food on special occasions in small portions may not be too bad for you, over eating the delicious food is very bad for you)
When my life style changed two years ago my habits also changed. I started eating way to much processes food and wasn’t very active. After a year and a half of that lifestyle I grew a Bulge in my midsection.
You know what changed, my habits changed. They changed from a lifestyle of becoming an athlete to a Fat Ass or a bulging midsection person. Remember your habits give you your results. Practice habits that give you the results you want.
So what’s the fix? Create a new goal, adjust my habits, practice habits of a person reconditioning myself and reducing my budge.
