December Weight 185 lbs. pants waist 36 inch
2014 Decided Enough is Enough.
Started at LA Fitness aerobic workouts and light weights
Dec 31 ordered P90X3 DVD at home workout program
January 17 th. Started P90X3
2015
February Mid-month Weight180 lbs.
2015 Realized an increase in motivation and energy, starting to get some momentum
Could not button my 34 inch waist pants used a belt to hold them closed
March Continued the P90X3 program
2015
April Mid-month 90 days of P90X3 complete, not satisfied with the results due to my
2015 effort
Made new goals, started another 90 days of the P90X program
May Able to button my 34 inch waist pants, they are tight
2015 Mid-month starting session 2 of P90X3 Weight 175 lbs.
June Able to button my 34 inch waist pants, almost without any 2015 outward pressure
2015 June 16 Weight 169 lbs., getting more momentum
17 th starting to train with an elite trainer, determined to get the results I want faster
July I do believe my fitness is improving and I’m getting stronger,
2015 I am enjoying the training secessions
July 17 165 Lbs
Mid August on the sidelines due back and neck injured
2015 I’m not sure why this happened. The facts are I did the P90X3 at home video work out for 7 months on my own and never misses a day due to soreness or injury. After 45 days with a trainer I had to stop exercising at a high level due to injury. (My lesson learned is if you don’t manage the people you ask to guide you, you may get mismanaged)
September Went to a chiropractor. Back improved after seeing the
2015 chiropractor and also doing the back improvement exercises
the trainer taught me. Neck is still troubling me.
September 16 weight 161 Lbs Now wearing size 32 waist pants
October Back to training on my own at a high level again.
2015 Neck is still troubling me.
October 28 Went to physical therapy they gave me neck exercises to do
and basically said you’re on your own
