1 Choose what you want. Spend time thinking and writing down your memories of how you were when you were at your best, on top of your game, getting it done.
Next write down, what you want, where you want to be, why you want this.
Next write down “I will do whatever it takes to get there.
Now say it over and over “I will do whatever it takes to get _________________.
Say it over and over, until you truly believe it, say it 10, 20 or more times daily until you just know you will get what you want.
2 Get Good Nutrition. Good nutritional balance helps your emotional balance and your ability to think clear, calm, intelligently also to get your creative energies flowing again.
The best nutritional plan I am aware of is the 80/10/10 RV eating style.
By following an 80/10/10/RV correctly, your health will improve.
The longer you follow this eating style, the closer you will get to optimal health.
The closer you get to optimal health, the healthier and more emotional balanced you will be come.
The healthier and more emotional balanced you become, the more creative you will become.
Your energy and drive will increase dramatically.
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water for proper hydration and digestion.

3 Increase your activity
Walk after your meals
Walk, move or do anything (to get your blood flowing) whenever you feel tired and/or you want to have more creative energy. Be active for at least 5 to 10 minutes
Start a regular workout program, cardio and strength training. Increase as you improve
4 Get enough rest to allow your body and mind enough time to recover and recharge.
Approximately 8 hours per night (if you feel good with less rest, than that may be enough for you, as long as you feel GREAT)
If during the day you feel tired, than rest to recharge, no more than 20 minutes. Longer than 20 minutes allows you to go into a deep sleep, which will take longer to recover from. Also learn how to get a better rest at night.
