Are symptoms, sickness and/or disease good for you???
Disease is the result of health destroying habits. So after you have lived a unhealthy lifestyle ether through environment, or self inflicted you may be rewarded with symptoms, sickness and/or disease. These symptoms, sickness and/or diseases may be a message from your body that you need to make changes with your lifestyle. The more severe your symptoms, sickness and/or disease the more serious you must be about making changes with your lifestyle. Symptoms, sickness and/or diseases may be the cure, meaning symptoms, sickness and/or disease may be your well engineered body’s way of protecting you and/or cleaning up the mess of toxins that have acuminated in your body. (Example cholesterol is a coating that protects you from your acidic lifestyle, a cold or flu is your bodies way of cleansing itself of excess toxins due to your unhealthy lifestyle).You receive many early warning signals and signs, most people ignore them or just don’t understand the message their body is sending them. Learn to understand the messages your body is sending you. This will not be with words, it will be with feelings and signs (pain, tiredness, uncomfortablness, eye crust, fungus, irritation, gas, indigestion, ect. ect. ect.).
What could be done in the event you get early warning messages and signs.
Step 1 Cleanse your body be eating an 80/10/10 Raw Vegan health promoting eating style. Get enough activity to increase your blood-flow to help flush toxins out of your blood supply. Get enough rest and sleep to allow your body time to recharge, recover and rejuvenate. Become a health promoter to yourself, you will love the results.
If you missed the early warning messages and signs and your body has decided to start the cleaning of the mess you have allowed to happen inside your body, sometimes the best thing to do is nothing, let your body do what it was designed to do, take care of you. Don’t interfere and add more toxins into your body’s systems by using chemicals, prescription drugs, products from drug stores or products designed to cover up and/or hide symptoms. (sometimes suffering may be what is need to help you to stop mistreating yourself and to remind you to take better care of yourself.)
If you practice living a health promoting lifestyle, you may not ever experience sickness and/or disease. When you learn to recognize the early warning signs you may be able to make adjustments early enough and not ever get to the next stages of sickness and/or disease.
