Who Are You Being
Who are you being when you want to achieve what you want or want to act like you want. With understanding that when you know who or what you want to be you can act or behave that way.
For me during the Christmas season, Thanksgiving to mid January and even longer I lost who I was and became like most people in my circle of people I encounter. I joined in with the Average America eating style. I lost who I was being, the reward I received was Average America results, sickness (cold/flu/my body self flushing all of the toxins I consumed recently), injury (a muscle injury leg and back) and body aches with stiffness, all which I was not experiencing before I lost focus of who I was being.
To get back to where I was before getting lost, I am choosing to be a Fruitarian Athlete. To be that type of person the way I believe a Fruitarian athlete should be. I eat mostly all fruits with some leafy greens and water rich vegetables, with the goal of excluding everything else… I also must be highly active to make sure I burn off all of the sugar from the fruit I eat. (I am trained that High sugar from raw uncooked fruit with low fat from eating the same, such as an 80/10/10 diet lifestyle there will not be any problems if done correctly) All of this is not a problem with this type of life style, my energy is high, my attitude is positive, my thinking is clear. I can be who and whatever I choose whenever I choose. It’s my choice and I get to choose who I am being.
You can choose who or what you want to be whenever you want, just by
- Choose Know who or what you want to be.
- Take action be that person, act the way you want that person to act, behave the way you want that person to behave, think the way you want that person to think. Be that type of person.
- Monitor pay attention to the results you are getting, the way you are acting and behaving, the way you think someone you want to be acts and/or behaves. Are you getting the results you want?
- Make adjustments if your not acting or behaving the way you want and/or not getting the results you want, than make some adjustments until you get what you want. Keep following this plan over and over until you get the results you want, until you are the person you want to be. Keep following this plan to continue to be who you are being.
