I have arrived in Florida. What a wonderful place. I am living in Orlando in the Baldwin Lake area. Today December 14, 2015 the temperature is 83° and sunny. There are bike/running/walking trails around the lake and in Bluejacket Park that is next to the lake. Also there is a trail that may go around 20 miles. There are people playing all around this area. Their running, walking, biking and rollerblading. There are exercise classes happening in many spots at Bluejacket Park. The people here seem to believe their health and fitness is important enough to take action and go for it.
