My goal is to obtain the highest energy, health and fitness I can. However I appear to interfere with this goal often. From June 2013 to December 2014 I gained 25 to 30 pounds. In a year and a half I want from almost living a life style of an athlete to an overweight, physically and mentally out of shape person. “An average American”. How did this happen? In June 2013 I started a job is sales where I sit on my but most of the day driving and working long hours also I went from a very highly active lifestyle to a very low active lifestyle. Then I started eating lots of processed foods and cooked foods added to what you see in the picture below. Yes almost every day I consumed ¾ of a gallon of my green drink and ¼ gallon of mixed fruit drink and most of the time other fruit as you see below. Then by adding lots of processed foods and cooked foods with very little activity is how to gain 25 to 30 pounds in 1 ½ years.

So what did I do? In December 2014 I decided to Turn Back Time with my Energy, Health and Fitness. To get back to where I was in May 2013. From wearing size 36 waist pants to wearing size 32 waist pants. I chose to start increasing my activity level, to eat very little processed and cooked foods. A typical day is consuming the same food as in the picture above and adding a large evening salad with only a minimum amount of cooked and processed food (a very small amount of cooked and processed food, a very small amount)
As of Sept 2015 after 9 months of living that type of lifestyle I easily fit into size 32 waist pants, my energy is at a high level again, my mental thinking is quick and sharp again, my fitness is at a high level again. Unfortunately my health is not at the highest level it could be. After living a lifestyle of polluting my body with toxic cooked and processed foods, it will take a while to cleanse itself of the toxic and pollutive substances I overwhelmed it with. This is the body’s way of letting me know it didn’t appreciate the poor treatment I did to it.
It’s all in the choices we make to get the results we receive. We are in control of the lifestyle we live. We can always make excuses for not living a high quality lifestyle or we can make intelligent choices and receive a high level of Energy, Health and Fitness. You get to choose with the habits you live and practice. It’s up to you. Please show you truly love yourself.
