Balance.
When our body is in balance all of our inner organs and our body systems work together to keep our body operating correctly and healthy, when our body is out of balance Our body does not operate correctly and we get unhealthy. Usually when our body gets out of balance it’s from the lifestyle we’re living. The eating style we do, the activity style we do, the way we think and what we focus on, and also environmental circumstances can cause issues.
Our symptoms will let us know if our body is in balance or not.
Good symptoms to show we’re promoting good health, such as happiness, feeling good, high energy, good skin, nails and hair growing quickly, Good clear white eyes, low to no odor when going to the bathroom, these are some good symptoms.
Some bad systems that show we are not promoting good health, are, not feeling good, low energy, stomach and digestive discomfort, Body odor, Stinky feet, stinky perspiration, dry itchy skin and skin irritations, Farting too much, belching, Any sickness, colds, runny nose, Earaches, Red eyes, going to the bathroom struggles, etc, etc ,etc.
What this means is, it’s our personal responsibility to ourselves and our body to keep our body in balance and for us to promote good health with our lifestyle. Go ahead, it’s OK to love yourself, just love yourself and take outstanding care of yourself just like you would if you love anything else.
