An example of a day of eating raw fruits and vegetables,the menu changes daily
Breakfast Green smoothie drink makes almost ½ gallon, blend in your blender
Spinach Fill your blender about 3 handfuls
3 cups of water
Celery 1 plant about 8 oz
4 bananas Ripe with brown spots
Lunch Green smoothie drink makes almost ½ gallon, blend in your blender
Kale 4 or 5 leafs remove from stem
3 cups of water
1 cucumber
1 apple
2 Dates (remove the seeds)
2 Bananas
Dinner A large salad
Put the following into a food processor and process into a grit looking paste
Dressing
Cauliflower 1 cup
½ bell pepper
Basil Generous handful
Corn 1 ear
½ of an avocado
Greens cut into the eating size you would like and cover with the dressing
¾ of a head of romaine lettuce
Or instead of a salad you can make wraps with collard leafs.
Cut off the unneeded stem
Lay the collard leaf flat on a plate, add 2 or 3 table spoons of the dressing, fold the top of the leaf up over the dressing, than roll from the side into a large cigar shaped wrap
Snack 2 oranges, 1 banana
