My system is easy, what I do is help you get your body closer and closer to optimal health. The closer you get to optimal health the better your body rebuilds and rejuvenates its self, on its own. This is how to turn back time.

Start enjoying the blended meals.
Start with a morning green drink
Next add a green drink for lunch, than a large salad for dinner, with in between meal snacks of fruit, don’t forget 6 to 8, 8 ounce glasses of water per day.
Also get enough activity to increase your blood flow, along with strength building activity.
And get enough rest to allow your body to recover, and you will turn back time with your energy, health and fitness.
Make sure you follow your calorie intake to make sure you have enough fuel to have all the energy you need.
