If Good Health is this easy than why are so many people not living at there
Optimal Health.
Could it be that there is no true health standard? It seems like everyone has their own belief of what good health is. Most people will tell you they are in good health, even though they have digestive issues, are on medication and/or supplements and have other symptoms.
For this site we will create our own Levels of Health. We will have levels from 0 to 4, with 0 being a low level of health and 4 being the level of a healthy athlete.

So here it is The Levels of Health
0 Not there not very healthy
Sunshine and daylight Spends most of their time indoors, gets very little sunlight
Eating style Eats mostly cooked food, processed food, meats, breads, starches, dairy products and very little fruits and vegetables
Physical activity and endurance Very little physical activity, able to play actively with a 2 year old child for about 2 to 5 minutes
Fresh air Spends most of their time indoors breathing recirculated air
Hydration Urinates 4 or less times a day, yellow in color, drinks very little water
Sleep Inconsistent sleep, trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep
Good digestion Slow digestion and constipation, has digestion problems
Energy and attitude Has low energy, negative attitude with pessimistic outlook for the future
Symptoms Has multiple symptoms, uses prescription drugs and supplements, has many food additions, allergies, body aches and pains, experiences emotional ups and downs, periods of lack of self control, etc
1 Beginner level
Sunshine and daylight Does get some sunlight 5 to 10 minutes every other day
Eating style Starting to understand eating raw fruits and vegetables will improve your health, however continues to eat, cooked foods, processed food, meats, breads, starches, dairy products and yes is starting to increase eating fruits and vegetables
Physical activity and endurance Starting to understand the importance of physical activity, regularly spends time walking and/or does some other form of exercise. Able to play actively with a 2 year old child for about 10 to 25 minutes
Fresh air Starting to understand the importance of breathing fresh outdoor air.
Purposely spends time outdoors breathing fresh air.
Hydration Urinates 4 to 6 times a day, light yellow in color, drinks 5 or more
8 oz glasses of water daily
Sleep Sleeping habits are improving with the added activity
Good digestion Digestion is improving with the added activity and increase of eating more fruits and vegetables
Energy and attitude Noticing an increase with energy from the added activity and increase of eating more fruits and vegetables.
Symptoms Realizes adjusting your lifestyle can reduce symptoms, however still uses prescription drugs and supplements, still has food additions, allergies, body aches and pains, wants to experience improvement with emotional ups and downs and periods of lack of self control, etc
2 Feel Good Level
Sunshine and daylight Is getting 10 minutes or more of Sunlight daily
Eating style Is eating 70% of meals eating fruits and vegetables. Starting to enjoy blended meals using a blender. Understands the need for green leafy vegetables and herbs and is currently consuming green drinks daily
Physical activity and endurance Exercising 3 or more times a week for apx 30 minutes. Enjoys evening walks and/or exercise. Able to play actively with a 2 year old child for about 25 to 60 minutes
Fresh air Understands the importance of breathing fresh outdoor air.
Purposely spends time outdoors breathing fresh air daily.
Hydration Urinates 6 to 8 times a day, very light yellow in color, drinks 6 or more 8 oz glasses of water daily
Sleep Gets apx. 8 hours of sleep every night
Good digestion Good bowel movements 2, 3 or more daily
Energy and attitude Energy continues to increase from the added activity and increase of eating more fruits and vegetables. Has a mostly positive outlook for the future.
Symptoms Spends time and effort to make lifestyle changes to improve health, some symptoms have disappeared, reducing the need to use prescription drugs and supplements, realizes that food can be addictive and wants to eliminate these additions, some allergies, body aches and pains are disappearing, emotional unbalance improvement is noticeable and improving, your body is letting you know it likes what you are doing
3 Highly active Level, closer to Optimal Health
Sunshine and daylight Gets plenty of sunlight daily without over doing it.
Eating style Eats around 90% + of meals from raw Organic fruits and vegetables, enjoys green alkalizing drinks daily. Closely follows an 80/10/10 eating style.
Physical activity and endurance Exercises 3 or more times a week for 60 minutes or more. Has daily light exercise or walks 10 to 20 minutes after meals to improve digestion. Able to play actively with a 2 year old child for about 60 minutes to 2 hours or more
Fresh air Enjoys breathing plenty of outdoor fresh air daily
Hydration Urinates 8 to 12 times a day, very light yellow in color, drinks 6 or more 8 oz glasses of water daily
Sleep Easily gets enough sleep from all of the activity
Good digestion Good bowel movements 3 or more daily. No digestion problems.
Energy and attitude Has very high energy. Very positive attitude, with an optimistic attitude for the future. Feelings of being unstoppable, with a very strong inner drive.
Symptoms Very little to no symptoms, does not need prescription drugs or supplements, little to no food additions, is in control of most health issues and emotional balance, realizes a healthy lifestyle is the way to optimal health
4 Athletic Level, even closer to Optimal Health
Sunshine and daylight Gets plenty of sunlight daily without over doing it.
Eating style Eats close to 100% of meals from raw Organic fruits and vegetables, enjoys green alkalizing drinks daily. Closely follows an 80/10/10 eating style.
Physical activity and endurance The Athlete aggressively trains to compete or for personal satisfaction. They train as much as necessary for their athletic goal. The 2 year child will tire out before the Athlete will.
Fresh air Enjoys breathing plenty of outdoor fresh air daily
Hydration Urinates 8 to 12 times a day, very light yellow in color, drinks 8 or more 8 oz glasses of water daily
Sleep Easily gets enough sleep from all of the activity
