For 8 days, 200+ people focused on their energy, health and fitness. A typical day started with waking up in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, washing up than going to Morning Meditation classes or to breakfast to all the fruit and leafy greens you would like to eat. The people you are surrounded by are high energy, friendly and social. Next it’s on to play classes (some people call it exercise classes) for fun group classes about 90 minutes short. Wash up again, than on to lectures. These lectures are about very interesting topics for your energy, health and fitness. This is must know information. Lectures started about 10:45 AM to about 5:45 PM most are about 1 hour.
